A revamped ‘Rest of World Pass’ is replacing the O2 Worldwide data bolt-on and 24 hour bolt-on. The Rest of World Pass gives you texts, calls and data in 87 destinations around the world.
When’s It Happening?
We were expecting the Rest of World Pass November 8 (Tuesday). However, due to what O2 are calling ‘an issue which would affect customer experience’, there will be a slight delay. O2 say they are working hard on the issue and will be launching asap.
What Does That Mean For Me?
That means you’ll continue using your Worldwide 24 hour data bolt on or Worldwide data bolt on for all the data you need to stay in touch outside the EU and Europe. But it does mean we’re not 100% sure about the changes just yet. So, when we know more, we’ll let you know what you get and how to get it.
